"Soaring" is a hand sculpted mermaid named "Aeris". She is sculpted from air dry clay over an armature, her tail is fabric with an artist grade hardener applied, and she is mounted on a natural tree branch which is attached to a boatd for stability. The sculpture measures approximately 32 inches long, 20 inches wide and 20 inches tall. She is painted with a patina paint to give her the appearance of aged copper.
